To create your free BlogSpot blog site, head over to https://www.blogger.com and login using your Google account.
If you don't have a Google (gmail) account, you can create one for free. For a first time user,
you will see an option to use the identity from your Google Plus profile or you can use your limited BlogSpot profile.

Create a blog

1.Sign in to Blogger.
2.In the top left, next to "New blog" click the Down arrow .
3.Click New blog.

4.Enter a name for your blog.
5.Choose a blog address, or URL.
6.Choose a template.
7.Click Create blog.
