XOLO has made a comeback after missing in action for sometimes, the company announced 3 new budget smartphones in a press conference at New Delhi, the phones are XOLO Era 3X, XOLO Era 2V and XOLO Era 3.

The new XOLO devices are camera focused and targeted to selfie lovers, the front cameras on the XOLO phones are designed with more imaging capabilities than the back camera. Both the front and back cameras have moonlight LED flash to help enhance image quality both in low-light conditions.

In a statement during the press, Sunil Raina – Business Head for XOLO was quoted;

Through our products we try to offer technology which is relevant, convenient and easy to use. The new Era series smartphones fulfill this objective by offering features which will satisfy our consumers’ growing need of capturing ‘great selfies’ and enhance their overall smartphone experience.

XOLO Era 3X Price and Specifications

XOLO Era 3X is fitted with a 5.0 inches display with 720 pixels resolution, the screen has a 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top for protection, this makes the device a good competitor against most phones in Nigeria.

The Era 3X comes with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of storage space. For optics, the device sports a 13 megapixels camera and on the front is another 13-megapixel camera with moonlight flash. There’s a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor on the Era 3X, powering the phone is a 3000 mAh battery.

 XOLO Era 3X price in India is around INR 7499 which reads about $115 and about 41,500 naira in Nigeria.

XOLO Era 3 Price and Specifications

The Era 3 a stripped version of the Era 3X, it crams the same 5.0 inches screen with HD resolution of 720 by 1280 pixels, on board is a 1GB RAM and 8GB storage space. The device is deprived of a fingerprint scanner -see fingerprint phones.

The device is powered by a MediaTek chipset with Quad-core processor, at the back of the Era 3 is an 8-megapixel camera while the front sees a 5-megapixel camera, also with a moonlight flash. The phone comes with a 2500 mAh battery in the powerhouse.

XOLO Era 3 Price in India is INR 4999  which translates to $76 and 27,500 nairas in Nigeria.

XOLO Era 2V Price and Specifications

The last but not the least is the XOLO Era 2V which also sports a 5.0 inches screen with the same 720 by 1280 pixels resolution for display quality.

At the helm is also the same MediaTek chipset with Quad-core 1.25 GHz processor, it uses a 2GB of RAM and 16GB for internal storage purposes. On the camera side, the Era 2V hosts 13 megapixels camera at the back and 8 megapixels camera upfront, just like the other two, it is equipped with a LED flash on the front.

The Era 2V sports a fingerprint sensor at the back, in the power department is a 3000 mAh battery just as the Era 3X.

XOLO Era 2V price in India is INR 6499, this commands $99 in the US and about 35,600 nairas in Nigeria.
